Works great no problems so far. Very quiet when running too. Love it really nice.

Perfect for small room that doesn’t get much central air
Using this product in a small office on first floor of three-story townhouse. Have central air, but not enough reaches down to office. Tried all kinds of fans, changing the air vents, etc. the only way to work cool was to set upstairs at max cold (69o)! Then office would cool maybe to 76.Since this is rental, window air not an option. THis little portable blew cold air in minutes! Have it set on low, about 74-75 and it keeps the whole room 73!!! Ahhhhh - finally. Upstairs now on 75 again, not running non stop. I did buy thicker weather stripping, the stripping that came with it was about 1/32 of an inch thick.I disconnect the vent plate and hose every night, so didn’t permanently install. Again, perfect for my rental. Refurbished was in perfect conditions and saved me money.

Hose is very short, will only work with a window that is near the floor
I am returning this item, it will not work with any window in my house. The hose is very short, it would only work with a window and is a foot or so from the floor. Also the design is poor, the hose does not hook ti either the window or AC securely and was falling of before I even got the machine out of the box. I would consider another model.

I've had 2 of these AC's in 10 years, liked them enough to buy another, this one came in with an apparent lose part, and they offered me 20$ to have someone come fix it, or return it, but no details on how.This experience will save me a lot of money. Back to store shopping! Great product, REALLY poor customer service.

Noisy
It's easy to install works great but noisy. Cycles on and off with a thud.

We have to rate the company 5 stars. We currently own a Delonghi and we love it. Unfortunately, the one they sent us did not work properly. They immediately responded with a full refund. We would definitely buy from them again

Damaged item!
Damaged item when I received. I returned the item the following morning. Until now I don’t receive my refund!
