I got 2 different size cooler/heaters for camping. Since they take some time to reach the temperature needed, I use this plug a few hrs before needing to transport food and the cooler is ready!

Great item
We purchased a Koolatron 5 or 6 yrs ago. We use it extensively traveling. Many times we have used as s spare fridge, running continuously for months at a time. The original 120v to 12vdc finally bit the dust and we purchased a replacement. Great product!

Works without issue with my Koolatron portable cooler as needed. Convenient to have when traveling as you can bring the cooler in to where you are staying and plug it into a wall in your room.

Extra long cord works great
We liked this item as the koolatron came with a cigarette lighter cord and our cooler went into the box of our truck and plugged into the plugin that is in our truck. We have a regular 120 volt outlet. We had a full load of passengers in the back seat and could not use the cigarette lighter outlet in the truck. This extra long cord allowed us to put the cooler anywhere in the box of the truck.
