ATLANTA CHEMICAL ENGINEERING Temperature Activated Thermochromic Color Changing Powder Pigment Green Changing to Yellow at 77F/25C

doesn’t work at all, I bought this to make color changing Play-Doh for my son’s birthday party, the ball on the bottom is cold, the ball on the top has been warmed in my hands for a very long time, the color difference is negligible.

Very interesting product with a myriad of uses. Silk screening t-shirts, school projects, arts and crafts, temperature sensor, pranks, etc. The product is opaque in use, so if you're looking for translucence in your finished product, this probably isn't for you. One thing to pay special attention to is the activation temperature regarding your particular use for the product. You don't want it too low where it's always activated or too high where it never changes. Once you've got that figured out, the sky is the limit.

Very happy with this product. I made slime with my grandsons and added this to it. They played for several hours trying different methods of warming and cooling it, such as putting it near a heater, in the freezer and even sitting on it(in a plastic bag) . Some methods took longer than others but it did change colors. I would buy this again

Maybe I received a bad batch, but mine did not work. The contents in the jar were already a yellowish green. I tried it on multiple crafts but no amount of heat could make the color change. I don't know if they have a shelf life and this batch already went bad, but I definitely feel like I wasted my money.

What a great product to have fun with that helps you understand the effects of temperature. My slime was changing color as I touched it and went back to the original color when I left it. I would definitely use this product in more experiments. I may try using a pigment with different temperatures and colors. Definitely recommend this product!
