Versatile Herb.
It's got sharp salty lemony taste. I find thyme a bit like oregano. It's got seaseme seeds, watch out it you're allergic to that. I use it in my salad I use it on my spaghetti and cheese I use on toast with olive oil

Taste is authentic
I simply loved it. The taste is the authentic taste I remember from Jerusalem and the price of £9.99 per 500g is very economical (I used to pay £2 per 35g before).
