I love this lunch bag. I've been wanting it for a while because it looks so attractive and doesn't scream lunch pack. The colors were bight and pretty, though darker than it looks in the picture. I love how it has a little stretch, and it fits a variety of container sizes. It is quite roomy, fits a large container (4 cups?, that I l usually use for salads), plus room for fruits and snacks. It also collapses or folds to put away so it doesn't take space in the cupboard or in the bag after food is gone. The first time I used, I had a little spill, which happens occasionally, which is why I liked that this is machine washable. Didn't even have to: I turned it inside out, lightly soaped, rinsed it well in the sink, squeezed the water out, and left it to dry. By the and dry and no smell of food left over. Very satisfied with its performance. Not sure about durability (just had it for a week), but so far, it's perfect!

Bought this for my daughter. She mentioned that it’s roomier than it looks and easy to carry. She doesn’t use ice packs with it, but her lunch stays cold enough during transport from her home refrigerator to her work refrigerator.

I bought this lunch tote several months ago for my 9 year old to carry her lunch to school in. She loves it and though she has used it hard it still looks great. It's big. I don't know what others have said about this lunch tote, but it's plenty big enough for a grown-up to take a big lunch with them. I put in the usual stuff - sandwich, yogurt, juice bag, apple (or some sort of fruit), extra snack and still have room to spare for another go-around. It's durable and the zipper keeps everything neatly inside. I'm really pleased with this tote and have no regret whatsoever of buying it. She's been using nearly every weekday since Christmas 2012 and it still looks like new despite it being crammed into her backpack twice each day. I haven't washed it yet, but when I do I'm going to place it in a mesh bag and toss it in the washing machine. I would advise against putting it in a dryer but just let it air dry. UPDATE: 6/6/13 I washed it in the washing machine. I didn't put it in a mesh bag, just chunked it in the machine. It wants to float so I had to push it under. It came out clean and totally intact. I let it air dry. Very easy to wash.

Have been using built lunch bags for almost 20 years, had to replace my old lunch bag with this cute option and reasonably priced. My only complaint (4 star rating), the bag had a chemical smell that was off putting, dissipated once it was able to air out, still concerned that I inhaled those fumes for days.

This is the cutest ever. Super feminine, but not fairytale princess ridiculous. More along the lines of: hip, chic, fashionable lunch bag. It holds a ton of food and containers of all different shapes, but folds up very flat when not in use. The material isn’t 100% leakproof, but it’s sweat-proof. It keeps your stuff cool enough, but not ice cold for 18 hours unless you have an ice pack in there. With ice pack, totally ice cold for 19 hrs. It gets the job done. I like that it’s washable (air dry, not dryer compatible). This isn’t my first built neoprene lunchbox. My other one was a little too big for everyday use but perfect for when I go on my health kicks and need a ton of healthy snacks. I love the brand enough to purchase another and I’m happy with it so far. I would repurchase and also give as a gift. I also got one for my mom because I’m an angel of a daughter, millennial and all!

*February 2023 update* I still adore this lunch bag! The zipper and stitching are holding up wonderfully. Original review: I was hesitant to get this cute lunch bag because of the reviews that stated that it smelled strongly of chemicals (as neoprene tends to do). Surprisingly when I received it the smell wasn't very strong and only lasted a few days and never transferred to my food. Some reviewers stated they washed their lunch bag to remove the smell, I did not. I followed the advice of another review that said let the bag sit and air out for a day or two. The bag is spacey, lightweight, and durable, the zipper feels less so. The zipper is still working great after several weeks of use, but I feel even if it did break the shape of the bag alone will hold my lunch items fine so it will still serve it's purpose. Lastly, I don't know if the bag is leak proof-I haven't had the chance to try it out. Overall I recommend.

The design is super cute and the bag is a great material + the perfect size. It’s very easy to carry but it could definitely store a bunch if needed. This brand has been my go to lunch bag for years. My first one lasted multiple years (around 5?) and I just upgraded to a cute new design :)

Due to dietary restrictions, I must take breakfast, lunch, and snacks to work every day. This bag is exactly what I wanted and expected. It adjusts to accommodate small and large content sizes and contains any spills. In this bag, I can pack all my food and fit it neatly into a larger bag with other work necessities. I chose a colorful version of this functional little tote that I can toss in the laundry needed and let air it dry. I like it already!

Beautiful design and well made. It’s my second Built bag and it’s surprisingly roomy. Love how fast it arrived from Japan too! My first one has lasted years and washes well. I feel this one too will last just as well! Definitely recommend 🤩
