Callebaut N° 811 - Finest Belgian 54.5% Dark Chocolate Callets - 2.5kg

These callets have all the quality expected of Belgian chocolate. I buy a large bag and keep them in the store cupboard. Every time I have a recipe needing either chocolate for melting or chocolate chips I use these. I particularly love them for chocolate mousse or ganache. They are not especially dark so make the perfect classic French mousse with no need for any other form of sweetener. Because they are small they are quicker to melt than breaking up bars of chocolate, and now that good quality chocolate has become so much more expensive they represent good value too.

Love this stuff - how can you not :-) Use it to make a Mocha coffee almost every day - yum.

I’m a huge fan of these pellets - I use them all the time in cooking - saves masses of time from breaking up cooking choc bars. The taste is excellent - although it’s dark choc it’s still sweet enough that my kids will eat it!

Used for hot chocolate drink. Good rich flavour

The chocolate is great. Its flavour is really good and simple to manipulate. Is not the cheapest but worth the money
