Great knife, it cuts the air. You can hurt your finger only getting it closer of the blade. Incredible.But the cable, that I think was made with higher quality material. It's a kind of plastic not too strong. It does not decrease the overall quality of the knife, but should be better anyway.I recommend, if you like knifes and precise cuts even for very small things, this is the product.

Brittle but sharp buy a black one instead.

My only problem with it...it seems to chip a piece off after using it a few times. This is the second time it has happened. I love these knives but I will notreplace it a second time.

Bought this for a friend's birthday and he's had it for about a year now. No complaints beyond the fact that it's almost too sharp (seriously that's not a complaint). As long as it's handled with care - you're playing with a shard of ceramic, be careful already! - the blade is quite nice.I've read complaints of people breaking it while trying to smash open garlic cloves.. wow.If you can't figure out why that statement is special needs, perhaps you shouldn't be looking into getting a ceramic blade.Use common sense and you may have found your new knife right here.

Gave it two stars because it does cut soft food well. However it chipped on the first use. Kyocera expected me to pay return shipping

My wife was skeptical about this knife at first, but after four months, it is her go-to knife every single time. Our fancy Wustov knives sit unused these days.

I gave this knife to my husband for Christmas and we both love it. It's lightweight and very sharp. We eats lots of fresh vegetables and it cuts through everything with ease.

切れ味は最高です。毎日使っていてもなかなか切れ味が落ちません。…ですが致命的に脆いです。自動食洗機で洗った後、刃がまだ熱いまま冷たいものを切ると真っ二つに割れます。うっかりかぼちゃとか切ろうとすると真っ二つに割れます。ちょっと硬いものとか切ったりするとすぐに刃が欠けます。アボカドの種とかぐりってやって取ろうとするとバキャッって刃が欠けます。でも切れ味は本当に良いのです。鉄やステンレスの包丁を週１で研ぐくらいの切れ味がずっと持続します。とても脆いですが切れ味だけは良いので、寿命１年くらいの消耗品と割り切って使っています。

Il coltello è veramente speciale...una lama da brividi...molto tagliente e anche una dimensione ideale per tutti gli usi...ho un altro kyocera da 14 ma è troppo piccolo per certi alimenti..una nota negativa è stata la spedizione che ho aspettato quasi un mese senza nessuna tracciabilità..all arrivo ho dovuto pagare la sdoganazione circa 15€..forse nn son stato attento al momento dell ordine ma mi sembrava nn fosse precisato niente...infatti sembrava strano costasse solo 40€ rispetto i 75 di altri siti.. cmq ho risparmiato però ho aspettato 1mese..vedete voi se vale la pena!
