Not heating enough very useless product
The heating bag Dosent even heat enough its. Complete waste of money n no return too on this item so it's utter useless very upset got it for my mother n now cannot even use it

Purchased twice, product not durable. No warranty!
The last bag I bought in Dec 2022, lasted for 8 months, leaked and started sparking yesterday.The product is good but not durable. There is no warranty, I am looking for better alternatives and will not be buying this anymore.

Very good product
Writing this while wearing the heating pad. Works good, heating levels are good. Soft fabric used gives premium feel and smooth touch to body. The control switch should have been little better. The switch is made of cheap plastic and doesn't look classy and is not easy to switch between different levels. However the product serves the purpose and hence rating 4 stars.
