I would not use it on your face. It has a lot of ingredients that could be irritating to sensitive skin and physical scrubs such as this are way too harsh.

Can you use this on your feet??

Yes! I used it on my feet that my skin was rough and flaking and it worked great. Left my feet nice and soft!
