Need a more fluffy pillow, long enough

One of the reasons that I was motivated to purchase this pillow was that several of the reviews made mention of extra foam, or an extra pillow that came with it, from which you could take extra foam and add it to your pillow. I thought this sounded great. Our pillow did not come with any extra foam nor did it come with any extra or free pillow. What's more is that there does not appear to be any way that you could add extra foam to this pillow even if you did have it to add. When I went back and looked at the product description I couldn't see any mention of any such thing. It was only in the reviews that I saw this mentioned. So I feel that I have no recourse with the merchant. So beware that the "extra" mentioned in the other reviews is not included with this product.I have not had a chance to use it, so this is not a full review. It does look like a quality pillow. I hope that it does puff up a lot though because the main reason I chose it over others was the idea that it would be puffy and thick.

I've had this pillow for a few months now. Initially I was unhappy with the product because the product description led me to believe that it was going to be a memory foam pillow with a natural bamboo cover and it is actually a polyester fill and a polyester/bamboo mix for the cover. The company reached out to me and made it right by offering me a refund, and I appreciate that they have great customer support.Overall, it's held up pretty well and has not flattened out with regular use. It's really fluffy and soft, though I bought a cotton pillowcase for it because prefer the cotton texture. This is a good pillow if you are looking for something supportive, but if the materials are important to you, please be aware that it's mostly polyester.

Changing review due to exceptional customer service. I recieved an email offering another pillow to put in the pillowcase with the original for additional firmness. I was also informed the description was changed so 'memory foam' was no longer included. Also, I received the additional pillow within 2 days of responding to the email. Not often you get this kind of service. ********************************Just got the pillow, opened it and fluffed it as instructed. The filling is not at all as described. It does not have 'memory' filling of any kind. It is the typical filling seen in inexpensive department store pillows. When you lay your head on it, the pillow collapses to about an inch thickness so there actually is NO support at all.I was eagerly awaiting this pillow and it was such a HUGE disappointment. The cover however, is as described online. It is soft, thick and has a nice appearance.

I am totally not agreeing on giving a 5 stars. A body pillow should be at least medium firm for sleep support of legs and back. This pillow can only be called a long pillow (for decoration purpose on the bed) it's too thin to offer any support at all. I am very disappointed and wanting to return it, but it already been put it in the dryer... trying to fluff it up.Saying all that.. after all i do love the outer cover, it's nice and soft and good quality.
