A good chairbut one issue is:- the back support is not proper- once back support is locked to keep the individual back straight a slight stretch is unlocking the lockthis is quite uncomfortableMFG should fix it

The chair can be easily assembled. It is comfortable and has a decent back support. Would have been better if it had a plain cover on the seat instead of the mesh.

Good office chair. The spine support lever sometimes is not tight enough
May be dangerous for weak spines when the lever is not tight enough to hold the spine support

Beautiful Looks & Comfortable Usage
I am using it as Computer Chair. Chair's model is Beautiful and its usage is Comfortable. Especially because of the 7 cm (2.75 inches) wide handrest... it's so convenient and comfortable while working at the computer desk. Other features are also fine. I have received the chair in excellent packing. Chair fitting is user-friendly... and also got a call from the manufacturer for any help regarding the fitting of chair and do It Yourself Video.

Overall good and comfortable chair. I liked it.One improvement that could be done is to the material of the seat. It is a slightly rough. So if you are someone who works wearing shorts it is slightly uncomfortable to the thighs.
