Absolutely bad product. The keys that came with the lock do not work every time. Can u believe that. This lock has a tendency to get stuck on its own,when the keys just won't turn. Pathetic. Moreover, seller gives really bad service. Asked me to upload a video and pics for the malfunctioning lock, which I did promptly.. Still no return yet. Asked me to send the lock to them to aligarh. 199 for the lock, and 250 for my shipping charges. WOW. Atleast now I know, where not to order locks from.
