I ordered a second pair because they are the best. Keeps my feet warm when the gulf coast water is chilly in the winter. Sand unable to get into them. Rinse nicely too. I’m hoping that they hold up well.

Great fit. Sole is durable enough to protect from rocky bottoms. Works great as a cheaper alternative to surf boots. The one annoying feature that makes it not a 5 star is that the anti-flush strap is made of soft stretchy elastic instead of a firm strap that can actually keep out water. It would be perfect otherwise.

Hiking? Maybe on flat sandy surfaces. The web pic walking on reefs or coral? Or on rocky river bottoms... No way! But with flippers for a float tube or pontoon boat, as long as the pathway isn't too rough or rocky, sure! Are made well, fit well. Like the velcro strap, should help keeping debris out. The bottom does have stronger material and can see why it would be great for the beach and to and from, on an easy pathway. Did bump it a bit for design. It really is well made and should last, but the toe box is really round in the front. Even my average feet, the big toe area is impinged. Maybe a little more design with right and left feet in mind and more room for the big toe area. I do understand the price point, so will just have to try them out and see..... hence the four stars. Wanted to do 5, just couldn't. Can always changed later! Will see how they go!

They did take on some water but it wasn't a problem and didn't effect swimming etc. Haven't tried them in sand yet.

Even though I purchased according to their size chart - and ordered a XXXL ( I normally only wear a Large ) they are still too small to use ~ the Asian sizing is just not made for American bodies - if an over seas item is going to be sold to the West - then there should really be a line of product that fits the Western demographic- we should have to order 3XL and have it still - be - too - small …. Unless you have tiny little feet - Do not order these water shoes

I've been using these for a few months to make the foot pockets of my monofin more comfortable. I've been avoiding walking around in them too much because they are socks, not booties. They are great value, and work perfectly, but they are definitely not 3mm. They feel more like 1mm.
