Good quality but strap detached too soon
This bag looks good. Has enough space for a short day trip or other such purpose. But the only minus point the strap which got detached within 2-3 days despite not overstuffing this bag with things. Only few papers and phone were there but strap was a disappointment.

Worst experience ever
I bought this bag three weeks ago but never used it until yesterday. Yesterday, I used the bag to carry some documents and a small water bottle. During my journey, the strap of the bag broke, which left me quite shocked. The bag wasn’t carrying anything heavy, so how can it break so easily? What is the significance of this bag if it can’t handle basic usage? I bought it based on claims like “super quality zippers” and “excellent build quality.” Is this what a customer should expect? Unfortunately, I’ve missed the return window, which ended on November 13th. How can I get this repaired? This has been a very disappointing experience with both Furjaden and Amazon.
