Awesome works great good quality

Hopefully the satin black finish will hold-up to the heat and continuous usage. If it doesn't I'll return and downgrade.The reason I say this is, the previous warmer I owned was glass with metal mesh outside. The warmer dish was painted metal. The paint eventually bubbled and separated from the metal. Also, the color on the glass melted and ran down the surface.This model appears to be a form of glazed ceramic. If so I would think it will stand the test of time. We'll see :-)I find the Scentsy waxes seem to work best, mostly because they are the right size. Others I have tried are a little big and tend to fill the warming tray above the first lip. This portion tends to solidify (not stay melted).

Sent it back because the outside became to warm, and if it was touched could cause a burn.
