1. Appreciate the on time delivery by amazon in a day as promised. Also it came in a neatly boxed case with product details and in brand new condition inside unlike another product that I had purchased earlier on amazon (unrelated to this product). 2. The product is quite sturdy with my MacBook Pro 13". It fit well on the rubber grips without scuffing the laptop. It comes with a whopping 8 levels of height adjustments and the lowest is the most comfortable for me. Even on the highest position, the laptop doesn't wobble. 3. Holds my iPhone 12 well although it is a tight fit with a case on. It stands vertically. However since I use it without a case a lot of times I have a good angle to make it stand in the phone stand. 4. The phone stand can be slid from end to end. 5. I use the laptop with a keyboard and mouse. But even when I type on the laptop on the stand, there is hardly any wobble. Very sturdy on the table. 6. The only con I see in the product is that the two foldable bottom levers that hold the laptop did not come with a rubber grip. So that might cause marks on the laptop. This is definitely not a deal breaker. You can just pop in cheap erasers on each of the levers if your laptop reaches the bottom of the stand. 7. It is portable as well in the sense that it folds flat and can be easily carried in a laptop bag. 8. The ventilation is an added advantage when running heavy apps since most of our present get laptops have fans built in but we use them in such close contact to surfaces that there sometimes isn't enough breathing room for the fans to pull air in. This happened in my case when I had a gaming windows laptop which was placed on my table. In conclusion, it is quite a bang for the buck at this price. I'm quite satisfied with the stand.

The stand has multiple height settings but the lowest height it can go to is higher than the highest in a lot of laptop stands. For anyone looking for a stand that keeps the laptop very high while keeping in mind that their screen can fold a lot to the back, this might be a decent purchase. For anyone else, it's a terrible idea. I started developing a neck pain since it's alignment is so bad. Poorly designed. Why would the lowest setting be that high? It's ridiculous. Plus while my laptop screen goes back a fair amount, this stand placed so much height for my laptop that even with the screen fully pushed back, my screen was still not facing me but facing down slightly. Makes viewing experience poor and leads to poor posture hurting the neck. Also worst part of all this, absolutely no return option available. You're stuck with the product. It's like they know that the product is not gonna be liked by everyone but they want you to suffer with it. I'm really pissed off with this.
