It's working without any trouble, comfortable with windows 10. Manual also provide . Cable quality is not so good .

Good quality, but not working for us
We ordered to work with a Linux server. The connection is fine, but we are getting junk Chinese characters. Not sure what the issue

Misleading description with a defective product.
The title says "FTDI USB to TTL Serial ...Cable" but the cable uses Prolific chip. The driver from Prolific website doesn't work with this cable. When connecting the cable to PC, it gives error "USB Device not recognized". There is no option to return the cable, only replacement. I will try the replacement but, if that doesn't work, this is a waste of money.BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!
