Glass Water Dispenser for Glacage Shoe Shine

It's either a very delicate product or not the best quality as the water dispenser mechanism just fell apart after about 4 uses. I was quite gentle, so assuming it's not the best quality. Good seller, however, and hope it can be improved upon.

I kept this in the box for over six months before use (yeah, I know, I know) and decided to use once when I had some leisure time to polish a bunch of our shoes. The plunger froze up after less than ten-minutes.Not recommended at all. I'm just sorry I can't contact the seller now.

I've enjoyed using this water dispenser for bootblacking. The heavier glass makes it less likely to get knocked over. I added some pipe tape to the threads for extra seal. Also, it is far more elegant than soray bottles or plastic dispensing bottles. I love having it on my stand.

At first the dispenser would dispense water anywhere but the top of the pump stem, where it's supposed to go. I unscrewed the filling cap, tightened the stem to the cap by giving it a couple turns, and it started pumping pretty much leak free. Tends to give a little bit more water than I'd typically like, but I just dabbed off the excess.

Does the trick!

This product arrived pretty much broken. Water does not dispense when you push the button. After maybe 5 pushes, it may dispense a drop. I really do not recommend buying this product.

The product arrived as advertised...I will get to use this weekend...but I expect the product to work
