Amazon says this doesn’t fit the 2003-2011 Saab 9-3, but it’s actually an exact match for Saab paint code 170 / GM WA8555 (Jet Black). I used up the entire pen over the course of about three years on various rock chips in the hood and small scratches on the body. Matches perfectly.

Paint matched up perfect, but wish I didn’t use the clear coat on the front of the hood. The paint there was dull from 8 years of driving. I guess all the wind and dirt act as a sand blaster dulling the paint. With just the paint portion of the pen the paint matched 95% exactly the same color and sheen. But after I put the clear coat one, there are a bunch of glossy dots. If I had to do it all over again, I would not put the clear coat on the front of the hood, but would use it in the body doors or side fenders as they were still glossy.

This will match the paint on your vehicle, and from a distance looks pretty good. It's also extra protection for the bad spot. It's not a professional finish, but looks better than the chipping. However, if you've never used this before, be very careful when opening it up. Do it slowly, hold it completely vertically, opening one end only...and I'd probably still have a rag underneath, just in case. Learn from my bad experience, because the instructions are non existent.
