Been using it for almost a year. Very good and sturdy. Easy to use, portable, tough apperance, multiple grind settings.

I’ve been using the TIMEMORE Chestnut C2, and it’s an excellent manual coffee grinder. The build quality is solid, and the stainless steel burrs provide a consistent grind size. Adjusting the grind settings is easy, making it great for different brewing methods. It’s also compact and lightweight, perfect for travel. The only minor drawback is its small capacity, but overall, it’s a fantastic grinder for anyone serious about fresh coffee.

Pros - extremely sturdy - good quality stainless steel burr => great consistency - clicks make it easy to configure for repeatable coarseness - smooth rotation of handle => makes it very easy to grind for both coarse and fine settings Cons - (less of a con, more if an idea/suggestion) I need 28 in the morning for black coffee and 10 in the evening for espresso. Without markings, it's difficult to rotate the knob to exact setting. Also, at times I forget if the current setting. It would be good to have markings - high price

これまで2,000円ほどのセラミック刃のミルを使っていましたが、20gの豆を挽くのに2分以上かかり、ハンドルもガタついて手応えがなく、毎朝ただ疲れるだけの作業になっていました。乗り換えです。 ・挽く速さ 同じ20gが、体感で20〜30秒です。挽く感触もまったく違い、以前は豆をすり潰していく「ゴリゴリ」でしたが、こちらは「ザクッ、ザクッ」と切り刻んでいく感覚です。ステンレスの臼と、軸ブレを抑えるベアリング構造の差だと思います。ハンドルが空回りするような頼りなさがありません。 ・作りと質感 アルミ削り出しのボディで、表面のローレット加工が指に食い込むので滑りません。持った時の密度感があり、価格帯以上の質感です。 【気になる点】 静電気で微粉が粉受けの内壁に付着します。特に冬場は顕著です。付属のブラシで落とせますが、ひと手間かかることは知っておいてください。この価格帯の手挽きミル共通の弱点でもあります。 一度に挽けるのは20gまでです。1〜2人分と割り切る必要があり、来客用に3〜4人分淹れるなら往復作業になります。 【買う前に確認したほうがいいこと】 ・電動と迷っている方へ。手挽きは静かで場所を取らない反面、当然ながら手間はかかります。挽く時間を完全になくしたいなら電動を選んだほうがいいです。 ・1万円以下でセラミック刃からの乗り換え先を探しているなら、この価格帯では有力だと思います。数万円するハイエンドの手挽きミルとの比較はしていないので、そちらとの差については何も言えません。 【結論】 セラミック刃のミルで毎朝消耗している方には、この乗り換えは効きます。逆に、今のミルで特に不満がないなら急ぐ必要はありません。

Consistency, ease of cleaning, ease of use are all excellent. One thing to take note - do not wash the unit.
