Cheap plastic, not Metal Rod (just paint)
Weights came broken with sand leaking. Weights can easily break even if dropped from knee level height Plastic: cheap quality (came broken) Rod : not metal , only metal paint on plastic Weights : sand filled (not cement) Screw : very tight even to adjust Quality: really bad

PRODUCT IS OK. BUT PLATES STARTS MOVING WHILE DOING EXERCISE. CLIPS SHOULD BE ABLE TO HOLD PLATES ON CURLING ROD. PLATES SHOULD REMAIN FIRM ON CURLING ROD. ALSO PLASTIC CLIPS GETS LOOSE ON DUMBING ROD.
