Product quality is great. Super comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable seats out there. I did 220 miles on it the first week and it’s 10x better than stock seat for sure. However, doesn’t seem to fit like the stock seat or anywhere close to that. I don’t think the manufacturer bothered to check specs/dimension on 2019 Street Glide Specials. I believe there’s a slight change from 2019 models. Once you install, you’ll notice right away that it’s a bit loose and there’s a 1/3 inch gap on the tank. I can actually see the gap and a hose. I hope the manufacturer makes an adjustment soon so I can exchange. If you want this seat to fit like the stock or similar then don’t bother, you won’t like it.

My stock seat has caused many hour of lingering tailbone discomforting the last few years. After trying air cushions I decided to elevate the comfort to a seat designed for just that. I could not have made a better decision. I broke the seat in with an 8 hour ride on a 100 degree day. At the end of the day I was pleased to get off the bike with no saddle sore tailbone aching discomfort. This works for me.Fitment is more accurate on the Mustang site than on Amazon. But a perfect fit was nice to see during the install.

The comfort, leg room and appearance is great. How ever it only gets a 2 star rating as within the 100 miles the top popped off one of the buttons. Mustang sent me a repair kit that was basically useless. They said I could send it back if I wasn’t satisfied but that leaves me with a seat for how long? Very disappointed in workmanship for such a pricey seat.

I had the ultra regal tour seat on my 09 FLHTCU when purchased. It is beat now, so I purchased this one to sit me closer to handle bars and smaller width so I am not spread out when stopped. I am 5ft 6 150 so this seat did not lower me but feels like a much better riding position for me. It sits higher as well. The ultra touring seat sat me back 1and half inches which made reach for the bars. The wife loves the wider seat. I am not flat footed but not on tippy toe either at stops.
