The product has only one hole in it, and so there is no other passage through which air can move through the salt chamber and into one's mouth or nose, therefore it is useless because one cannot actually inhaler through the inhaler. Additionally, there are no instructions included, only an email address. I tried sending an email and I have yet to receive a response. I recommend purchasing your own Himalayan salt, a refillable inhaler, and building your own because it is cheaper, you will have additional salt to refill it, and you can be sure that the inhaler will actually allow air to pass through the chamber.

I love my Himalayan Salt inhaler....helps to reduce cigarette cravings and soothes my nasal passages...I really feel like I'm breathing in the healing properties of Himalayan salt and doing my respiratory system good!!! Also love that it is compact and just the size of a tube of lipstick and can fit easily inside my purse for using this anytime of any day. 5 STARS!!!!

So far I have been using a ceramic salt inhaler and this one to carry in my purse or pocket, both seem to be helping with my asthma. I bought this one because it is refillableAnd small enough to carry with me.
