I would like to join the others here who are extolling the benefits of the Brewberry Electric Milk Frother. So far for me – it's the best. Now I'm a gadget guy and I have owned and used many milk frothers for my espresso and regular coffee use. I have machine steam frothers, three battery-operated wand frothers, two French press style frothers, two usable immersion blenders, two container blenders, and a similar dedicated electric Jura-Capresso automatic milk heater/frother.For me, it's taking only 65 seconds for my no fat milk to be heated and frothed by the Brewberry to a smooth thickness, whereas my model Jura takes about four minutes. It's so fast that it is done before I can get my espresso shots from my coffee machine. It's simple to use by pouring the milk into the container to the indicated correct line, covering with the lid, then pressing the top button (heat/froth) and walking away. Quite convenient. The resultant is very thick and I sometimes use a silicon spatula to scoop out remaining foam.Cleaning is simple. I reach in and remove and rinse the small whisk, then add some hot water to the container and slosh it around, use a wet micro fiber cloth to clean the interior, dry with a towel, reinsert the whisk, and replace with lid onto it's base. Quick and easy. The price is right as its cost was about one half the price of my Jura and one third the price of my daughter' for s hundred dollar Aeroccino frother (at time of my gift to her - years ago.)You will be immediately pleased with this purchase. I do notice that there are other brands that look almost exactly the same at various prices. They actually may be the same device but I am not going to experiment with them as I am completely satisfied with the Brewberry.

Can compete with more expensive models!
I'm always doing some research about a product before buying that and I was confused when I realized that there are many other brands of the same milk frother on Amazon that looks very similar - like it's all produced in the same factory in China and then distributors just put their labels on that. Maybe it's true, but it doesn't change the fact - this exact milk frother is AWESOME! Honestly, I bought it because it has good reviews and the most reasonable price comparing to other copycats, but I have to say that I'm really enjoying this product. That is so much better than traditional steam frothers and the milk froth is so thick, tender and tasty...mmmm..I tried it with hald&half and whole milk and it works perfect in both cases. My personal favorite thing about this model - if I put too much milk and I have some froth left inside - I just put the frother pot into the fridge before next use! And it's also very easy to clean it - just add a drop of washing soap and some hot water! Love it and already encouraged my friend to buy the same device (and he's also very happy with that!).

Pleasantly surprised!
I really love this little appliance! I was nervous about purchasing one of these & I have had this in my wish list for quite a long time. With the holiday season & cooler weather I decided to finally try it out.I have only used the "heat & froth" function - that's basically all I wanted it for - and it's perfect. Milk is PERFECTLY frothy & never overheats (was worried about that). I will eventually try the other functions & update. I use this at least once everyday so it will be interesting to see how it holds up over time. The only "con" is that I'm a bit nervous cleaning this but it's no big deal. The attachments are TINY...I leave the whisk in all the time & there is a spot on the lid to hold the attachment that isn't in use so that's a plus. For the price I paid I am very happy with this.

I have a Capresso which I like very much
This is my second milk frothier. I have a Capresso which I like very much, but it's older and I brought it to our beach house so wanted to get a new one for our home. We use our nespresso machine every day and I like having my coffee or espresso with steamed/frothed milk. This frothier was one of the cheaper options and I'm very, very happy with it. I think it actually works a bit better than the Capresso which sometimes would heat and do a very wimpy froth and I'd have to give it a second go. Seems very strong/sturdy. I guess the one "ding" I have is that you cannot submerge the carafe to wash as you can with the Capresso. You have to just rinse it out on the inside and then dry it outDecember 6 2016I'm updating my review. I originally gave the product 4 stars...but after only 3 months of use it just stopped working. I suspect it's an issue with water getting into the heating element which is in the bottom of the carafe itself vs in the base. I never submerged it and only rinsed the inside with water and then paper toweled it out immediately after use. To the sellers credit - when I emailed about this they sent me a new one - no questions asked. However, the new one I received just a few weeks ago did not work this morning. It's dead. I'm going back to Capresso, where the heating element is in the base. That's been going strong (albeit with slightly less stiff foam) for 5 years!

WORKS GREAT!
This is working great for me! I use it twice a day. Makes perfectly frothed, heated milk. I use 1 cup fat free or whole milk with the "plain" whisk, looks like a wingnut, and it froths perfectly with no spills. The other whisk, wingnut with surrounding coil, works almost too good as it creates a lot of froth. To each their own though. Easy to clean. It does leave a little film of milk on the bottom but it's definitely not burnt looking and wipes off easily. I can't comment on the longevity of the product as I've only had it a week now but it feels very durable. The price was great and it does have a 2 year warranty. I bought this because the steam wand on my DeLonghi espresso machine leaks, takes a while to froth and I didn't feel like trying to take it apart and attempt to fix it. Now I can brew my espresso and heat/froth my milk at the same time!UPDATE: Almost 4 months later now and it still works like it's brand new!

Works Well - Easy to Use & Clean
My order arrived a day early, and I've been using the Brewberry almost daily since (multiple times a day sometimes). So far, so good. It's easy to use and easy to clean; just do this right away - there is usually slightly burnt milk residue on the bottom after use, so I add some hot water and wash out with a soft sponge designed for non-stick cookware (a cloth would work too as you don't want to scratch the inside). Because the unit doesn't heat up too much, I usually clean, dry and put it away immediately after use.The max line = enough for about 2 cappuccinos (with the frother and heater setting) and 1 latte with the heating only setting. The unit is quiet, so if you walk away, there's no beep to let you know it's done, but it's quick and once ready, the light does flash for a short while. The milk doesn't heat to very, very hot, so it's drinkable temperature but won't keep warm for very long if left sitting. I haven't used the cold milk frothing setting yet, so not sure if there's any difference.Cons: The instructions are in amusingly bad translated English, so it can take a little while to decipher (though it's super easy to use, so not really much of an issue). The Minimum and Maximum lines on the inside are hard to see as they're the same colour as the interior, but you soon get the hang of how much to put in.I'd definitely recommend, especially as I'm a tea latte addict and am saving myself a lot of coffee shop stops!

Froths like a champ
No problem using it at all. Easy to use, works as advertised, delicious foamy milk every morning. The frothing cycle can be interrupted manually too, but the auto settings work well for me.Has two indicators in relief inside the container, one above the other. The lower one is for the maximum amount of milk you can put in for hot frothed milk and the upper one the same thing but for cold frothed milk. Don't confuse the two (by putting milk up to the cold froth indicator and pressing the hot froth button, for instance), or you're looking at a hot mess in your kitchen. You also have to thoroughly wash it (especially after doing hot frothed milk). As in, remove the little spring that does the magic (comes out easily) and thoroughly wash inside with a sponge. Just a quick rinse with water will not do, as milk tends to stick to the bottom, including under the spring. Yes, tried to 'froth' water and a bit of detergent to see if it did the trick. At least here, it didn't.Not machine washable, and the bottom cannot get submerged. But, all in all, still takes less than a minute to get it clean.

Don’t buy!!!!
I bought this product mid-may and i loved it! Work like a charm. However, when I tried to use it this morning, it stopped working. The light was on, but the milk didn’t frothed nor warmed. Big deception, I expect a product to last longuer than 2 months.

Good product, fast shipping
Heats and froths nicely. Just don’t put more than one cup in at a time or it will over flow.

Amazing, quiet little machine.
** UPDATE **After a month and a bit of using this at least twice day it stopped working. Returned it to Amazon for a refund. So happy we bought this! We use this machine 3-4 times a day and don't have any issues with it. No you can't submerge it in water but it's not a inconvenience. It's easy to clean. It's quiet and fast! Love that you can pour cold milk and it consistently warms it up to the same temperature everytime. Procudes tons of thick foam. Can't go wrong.
