Tahini disaster
Ordered this product because I like to make my own hummus. I had been purchasing my tahini paste from a local merchant who was charging a much higher price for their product than Amazon. When I received this product both jars had their lids broken during shipping and the oil from the sesame paste leaked out into the box leaving a visible oil stain on the box inside and out. I contacted Amazon who immediately replaced the product. I also told the Amazon staff that this product was not packaged correctly and that there were hardly any packaging precautions taken to ensure that this item would survive shipping. When I received the second package the same thing had happened during shipping making the same mess and ruining the product inside. I contacted Amazon again who immediately refunded the purchase price to my credit card. Amazon handled this situation well. This product is packaged in a thin plastic jar with a semi brittle plastic lid. I suspect that if this product could be packaged correctly then this would't happen again.

Good product!
I ordered this and got the shipment, both jars seals were broken and it had leaked all over the inside of the box in shipping. Contacted Amazon and they sent replacement right away. The second shipment was perfect, seals intact on both jars. Have since made a big batch of hummus with the tahini and it is delicious. Good product at a good price! Just a note, first shipment was via UPS, second shipment was via FedEx.

Pasteurized, excellent flavour tahini
We liked the fact that this tahini is pasteurized and has excellent flavour. It did not separate a lot so it required lower work before preparation.

Hummus musmaximus best on Joseph's lavash
This tahini is an integral component of our hummus way greek style!. Kalamata olives, garlic. The main reason we chose this brand is due to pasteurization. It's the only one that's safely prepared. Will buy more!

Keeps its liquid state
I like that this tahini doesn't get hard. Nice and smooth long after it is opened and stored at room temp.

Great price, delicious, not bitter at all
Delicious tahini. On the thin side, the way I like it with no oil to stir back in. Wonderful sesame flavor with no bitterness.

Good Value, good flavor
Do not buy Tahini in cans and/or with metal lids. The metallic taste is transferred to the contents. This is good tasting Tahini at a good price. I have purchased it several times and the quality is consistent.,
