Work well with the Safco 5132 task chair on hardwood floors. Easy to install.
I purchased these at the same time as the Safco 5132 task chair because I have hardwood floors and didn't want to have to buy a floor protector. These wheels were easy to install and are very smooth rolling. Definitely satisfied with this purchase.

Not as I expected
Castors are perfect. The should still be shipped with steel inserts for the casters to fit in the steel legs

NO INSERTS!!
Same complaint as above. The casters were shipped without the inserts to hold them in the tubular legs. They cannot be installed.

Excellent...
These are used on a hard slate floor and they are very effective.

Does not come with inserts
Waited for over a month to get casters in, then find out it doesn't come with the inserts. Disappointed. It would be VERY HELPFUL to include in the description "tubular inserts sold separately" and to include the link to purchase the inserts.
