I can give this Heatbox a solid 4/5 stars because yes it does the job well , it costs more than the average personal portable oven , it was delivered on time no complaints on that end packed well & all , (be advised you still need an electric outlet to plug in to do the heating it's not chargeable). The only drawback is that I would like for the size of the bowl to be a bit larger in size , you have to minimize your portions of food , besides that it's a great investment I'm a satisfied client .🤝

I got introduced to the HeatsBox by a Captain I fly with. It’s really perfect for heating up home made meals while traveling. There’s other cheaper heat boxes but they only heat your meal from the bottom. This one is awesome because it heats from all sides which really makes a difference in having a nice hot meal. Plus, it has an app that allows you to control the heater. My only small complaint about the app is you can’t easily set a timer ie turn off the heat after 20 minutes. The lid also doesn’t completely lock closed unless you have an empty tray in the heater. Otherwise, it’s a really great device.

This heat box just quit on me. After several resets it still did not work. Nice unit if it works. Im trying to get a refund or replacement.

I recently witnessed a coworker using this meal heater while on the road at work. At first, I laughed at him… The Heatsbox is a work of art if I had to say anything. While my friend’s food was warming, I completely forget he had it until he got a notification on his phone that his food was ready, right about the time we usually eat. As I was pulling out cold dingy not the best for me food, he popped open the lid and had a good hot meal. Needless to say, I was sold. Fast forward to now, I ordered my own Heatsbox, and have been amazed by this little thing. I can pre cook a meal, and then throw it in one of these handy trays, just to heat up while I’m on the road for days at a time. This thing has saved me several times as I arrive late to hotels, and there is no option for hot food. The ability to have a hot meal with a little prep work is fantastic. As for customer service, Inspire Ecoware has been great to work with, I had a cosmetic blemish that was delt with quickly and efficiently. Very few companies have ever been this good to work with. Would I recommend? Absolutely with out a doubt.

Purchased to be able to heat food up while at desk, works great with app. Easy to use and clean. Wish was a little larger but still a good size.

This is by far the best electric lunchbox I’ve used. I’m eating out less and saving a lot of money. Its powerful and heats food quickly. I love that I can cook my breakfast on-the-go and even use it at home to quickly reheat food. I reheated pizza in it and tasted fresh like it was straight out of the oven with crispy crust again. Also great portion size.I purchased a few extra inner dishes so I can take a few meals with me on the go.Overall it’s durable and built to last. Great purchase!

The Heatsbox is simple to use and durable. I like that the app isn’t required for use. I usually just pop my food in and press the button on the side, 10 minutes later my food is hot and ready to eat. The stainless steel dish with the lid makes it easy to transport my meals from my house to work where I leave the actual Heatsbox.I’ve had a few electric lunchboxes in the past but they usually end up breaking. I can tell the Heatsbox is built to last and worth the investment.

This little thing is perfect and will pay for itself in a month. I am so tired of paying $15 for bad tasing lunches, and I'm tired of eating cold sandwiches as well.Now I enjoy a hot and healthy home made meal for less than 5 bucks. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This unit heats quickly and evenly without those hot and cold patches like with a microwave.I definitely recommend
