As long as your cart is 36 volts and the plug matches, it is a great replacement. They weren't lasting very long but were only about $90. When I had to buy another one four months after I had just bought one, I knew something was wrong. I talked to other people who used trickle chargers and people who used good chargers.I decided to investigate which charger for the money I should buy. When I finished my research, this DPI charger was my choice. I've been using it for a few months now and I'm glad I spent the money. Yes, I could have bought four trickle chargers for the money I spent. But those chargers won't last the amount of time this DPI charger will. This charger is the last one I'll need to purchase.I just use my cart during the day and when I get home, I plug it in and forget about it. The charger has an automatic shutoff switch to keep it from burning up. It has a gauge so you can keep track of the charge. Best of all, it came with the weird plug that my cart has. I would say I'd buy it again but I shouldn't have to buy one again!!!Update as of 7/31/2021: I'm still using this charger. I haven't had any problems with it, knock on wood. So I had purchased 3 of those trickle chargers in the space of a year for a total of almost $300. They all burned up. I've had this charger for more than 3 years, paying around $300. I'd say my ROI is through the roof on this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EZ-GO 36 volt battery charger. *by D***L on September 5, 2017* This thing is great. What a step up from my old charger. I thought my batteries were going bad, but they were not. The old style charger can be used for a doorstop. The old charger would only run when it was plugged into my golf cart and there was no way of telling if it was working right. This one tells you how your charge is and you can leave it plugged in all the time. The old one I had to unplug and then re-plug it in during the winter months too keep the batteries from freezing you have to make sure they're charged. This new charger keeps a charge going all the time it's plugged in and I believe the batteries are at peak charge. ### ⭐ Can't get Support meter went bad. *by D***R on June 1, 2025* Nothing aggravates me more when I can't contact the manufacturer.
