What does the 30 hours runtime mean? is it battery life or led bulb life or overall torch life?

i believe its battery life the more you use it oviously wears down more quicker batteries dont last forever

Why does the photo show 2 different coloured torches and the description say they are black.. A bit deceptive?

Not sure the torches come in varied colours. Discription is black pictures are blue& yellow. For a basic good quality mini torch I wasn't that bothered personally. Those that I ordered continue to work well.
