Time saving/perfectly formed/IMPRESSIVE
I've made homemade burgers by hand for years, and even though it's a pain trying to get the perfect shape so the sides don't crack I manage it no matter HOW long it takes. Saw the Burger Press and though 'what the heck', it's not that expensive and just may help cut down on the time I spend shaping patties. Memorial day weekend arrives, Burger Press just came in, I made burgers, pulled the press out and tried it. One word... impressive! At first I put too much meat in, not so that it came out the top when pressing, but that they came out sort of thick. Thick is fine, thick is good, but I wasn't the one grilling and I had a lot of people to make for, so I made them slightly thinner (not everyone likes a thick burger, shockingly). By this I mean WAY thicker than Micky-D's, but not monstrous. That's another good thing about this press, you can make whatever thickness you want. I found that you have to press down a bit harder than I originally thought and kind of twist a little so all the meat forms together nicely. Do this about 2-4 times and once you have the burger out, it's actually formed nicely with NO cracks or breaks - of course this also depends on your recipe. You know, to much bread crumbs and it's not going to have enough 'mush' factor to it to come together seamlessly like I was able to. And it was QUICK! Hallelujah! I just cut down my time by at 3/4 as far as making the burgers. From the time you put the meat in and begin pressing, it only takes a few seconds. Worth it in and of itself. The true test came when my nephew (grill expert extraordinaire) grilled them. He kept saying how 'perfect' they looked. Then he grilled them and raved how they stayed together so well he's considering buying one! That's high praise from him, trust me. When I told him it came with a piece to do sliders and/or make stuffed burgers, his eyes widened like a kid at Christmas and he was definitely set on getting one, LOL. Haven't tried those features yet myself, but will very-very soon. The non-stick coating works well. Once I get one edge away from the disc, the rest comes off easy. All in all, worth every penny. My advice, don't hesitate, just buy it!

Works well but patties come out not as large as hoped.
This hamburger press worked well and was very easy to use. The meat did “stick” to the presser more than I would have liked or thought it should however I dipped it in water between patties and it worked fine. The cooked burgers shrunk up to the point they were just larger in diameter than a slider. I can’t imagine how small a burger Nader with the little insert would be! I Used the stuffing feature as well with a second set and that worked nicely as well.

Not really as handy as I thought it would be.
I gave it 3 stars because it's really well made. I eat a lot of burgers so this seemed like a sure thing, but it's really too small. By the time the burgers cook down they're too small for a standard bun, should have made it about an inch bigger. As it stands you have to press them down larger by hand afterward, which basically defeats the purpose. Didn't have much luck with the stuffed burgers either, by the time they were cooked all the cheese had melted out if them, and the process of making them is more work than it's worth when you can just add items on top of the burger like regular. It will likely just sit in the cupboard taking up space until its inevitable donation to a second hand store.

Works pretty much as you'd expect
Just got this today and of course immediately made some burgers. Works pretty much as you'd expect. I forget which review I had read that talked about meat sticking to the press. I was gong to spray the insides with Pam before putting in the meat, but then forgot. Just as well, no sticking.Yeah, you can make patties with just your hands, or like I'm in the habit of doing, between a folded up piece of wax paper. But this thing makes a much better looking pattie. The small, slider mold will come in handy I'm sure. Might try sliders and spag instead of meatballs. All in all, I'm pretty happy with my decision to get this. (no more buying preformed patties at the grocers)

Stays perfectly moulded when cooked
This press functions well and makes impressive burgers. it works without much sticking to the sides. So the burger is perfectly moulded which helps it stay more symmetrically round during the grill cycle. The push-piece that makes the indentation for stuffing works great. I just made burgers stuffed with jalapeños and cheese. Previously I made sausage burgers stuffed with red and green peppers and mozzarella cheese. The stuffing remains sealed inside if you do this right. All in all, I'm pleased with this purchase and will use this for designer burgers every time.

Quick, Easy, and Fun for perfect Burgers
I bought this Burger Art press because I was tired of using a plate for pressing . Just weight out your meat, for uniform size- easier to cook this way, and press! The press comes apart making it easier to remove the burger. This is quick, easy, and the burgers all come out the same size. The plastic press seems strong enough for pressing and durable enough to last. It is easy to clean as well. Now I need to find the E-recipe book.Get this press- you'll like it.

Perfect burger
Husband brought this. Thought it would be another gimmick that would end up in the bottom of the drawer never to resurface. But hey I was wrong. They were wrong. I made some burgers for the bbq with hand and hubby using this. Mine flopped on the sides and his kept that perfect store brought burger shape. Very easy to use too and can be washed in the dishwasher. Arrived promptly too and packaged nicely in a sturdy box

Very happy with this press
Very happy with the product. I never recieved the e-book of recipes, but honestly there are so many available online it really wasnt an issue. I bought as a xmas gift for my husband, and he tried it out a few days after xmas. Very easy to use and clean, and made nice sized burgers.

Gadget
Bought for my son. He tried it out and said it was fun to use but not sure he’d bother getting burgers the perfect shape if he made burgers again in the future. He’d just used his hands to get a rough shape and he wouldn’t have to clean it!If you are keen on a good shape burger then it might be worth it.

Good product but no recipe book
Good product but no recipe book provided so feel somewhat cheated as that was the reason for choosing this supplier.
