I really regret buying this hair curler. It’s extremely heavy, very uncomfortable to hold, and burns the hair easily. The curls fall in less than a minute, so it doesn’t work as promised. I returned it, but they only refunded 10 AED, which made me feel cheated and robbed by this brand. I will never trust this brand again. Overall, I do not recommend this product at all.

Hair gets stuck a lot keeps turning off , switch is in a weird place

The package was seemed like someone used it before, they didn’t take the responsibility for returning the item and I explained them that I can’t post it back by myself and they didn’t care at all , and the plug was not suitable for UAE

Short cable, not heating to the promised temperature, no good quality product

This did not work for me. Curls were not strong immediately after using and did not last an hour. I have fine, long hair. I have a Lange curling wand and a Bed Head beach waver that work fantastic and hold all day, still curly the next day. The curling iron does not feel very warm, even on the hottest setting and is a different material. First time I thought my hair was too clean, but have tried it now 5 times with different products and different days of my wash cycle with no improvement.

When I first got the iron it worked great. Left nice curls and the ceramic released hair really well without being too slippery. The screws that hold the clamp part onto the iron stick out and it’s easy to catch hair and pull it out but if you’re careful it doesn’t happen very often. Well it quit heating shortly after the return window expired. Tried to contact conair on their website. I got a message that my email address wasn’t valid when I tried to submit the return request so I sent a message and I did get a response to do a return and I did submit one a second time but haven’t heard anything more back. It’s disappointing because our retail in our small town is limited and I buy a lot through Amazon for this reason. This is the first time I’ve had any issues with any return on amazon. Glad that it wasn’t a really expensive item. Doubtful if I will choose this brand again.

Atendeu minhas expectativas

Not good. Buttons are in the wrong place, so you constantly turn it off when using. Also doesn't stay hot. Returning.
