I accidentally placed the drops in my mouth once with my head to far back which went straight to my through and it was very uncomfortable. It took quite a bit to make it go away but the taste doesn't linger too long when taking it overall. Even though it is natural, I also suggest to do as it recommends and consult physician before taking it. I had a friend very eager to try after hearing my experience, but after research she discovered that this specifically she couldn't take with her condition which neither of us questioned at first. So take it responsibly and it is 100% worth it!
