Can i use this developer with loreal feria and/or loreal preference hair color? and if so, would it be equal parts of each? thank u!

Yes, I use Loreal as well, yes, equal parts. A quick tip I got from my former hair dresser. he added hair conditioner to the hair color mixture to condition while coloring the hair. It works so good.

Is this all I need to bleach it ?

Need to add the blue powder from a packet can’t remember the name of it. Make it like pancake batter thickness. Might want to do you hair in two sections, rinsing that part first, so it doesn’t get too light by the time you finish the last parts or hair

Can I use this to bleach my roots? I use liquid peroxide normally, and have fir years.

This is only level 20. Usually to bleach, people go to a higher level. If you have light roots, it should work.
