How to Use the Diapers: When the diaper and insert have become soiled, simply remove the diaper from the baby, remove the insert from the pocket, and place both pieces into a diaper pail. Insert a new insert into the pocket of a fresh diaper, snap into place on baby, and go! How to Wash the Diapers: The diapers are made with a TPU outer, which means the outer waterproof layer has been bonded to provide a leak-proof surface. This surface will break down and begin to lose its waterproofing ability when exposed to excessive high heat from washing or drying.
