I decided to purchase this light to light up the bottom of the patio table for ambiance. The light is very bright and does exactly what I was hoping it would do. This is NOT waterproof however that isn't a deal breaker for me as I intend to put it away inside when I am not using it. Overall: Great light that does exactly what I needed it to do.

Bought two of these units for my bistro table umbrellas. I really needed to get some light into a dark area of my yard without putting on the spotlights. There is no assembly except to put the batteries in. There’s also no instructions but I had read some other reviews so I knew what to expect and how to go about the installation. I chose the warm light version as I am not fond of the bright, white light that many LED’s put out. Great for flashlights. Not so good for mood lighting. What I like most about these lights is that they can stay mounted and you can still collapse the umbrella and even put on the umbrella cover (at least that’s my experience). 3-way switch provides the 3 levels of light intensity. I think it was money well spent and a decent value, especially compared to the units sold in the home and seasonal stores.
