When I figured out it was dirty filters that were lessening the suction on my Shark, I was releived to know the problem but dreaded trying to find the right filters for my vacuum. My shark is an older model and so I figured it would take a lot of research to find the replacements and the site to order from. Luckily I started at my go to site - Amazon. I entered my Shark model information and immediately was presented with a number of options. I appreciated that the package contained 2 complete sets - 8 foam filters and 2 HEPA filters. The foam filters are wahable and reusable. According to the product description, the filters are premium made of high strength and environmental protection materials. They can trap trash, dirt, pet hair and more. The HEPA filters have high efficiency filtration that helps block secondary air pollution, the 4 foam filters have 60 PPI density. Another bonus was I could get delivery the next morning. The filters were really easy to replace and fit "perfectly" . I was "back in business" ready to vacuum!! However, if there had been problems, this company offers customers "complete satisfaction" Just contact them with any issues with the filters. T hey will respond within 24 hours (which is important when you "need" them to work) and they will solve the problem. At less than $20 - for 2 complete sets - the high quality of the filters- their perfect fit - and promised customer service - these are a bargain and a great find. If you need vacuum filters - I highly recommend these!
