I wear 10.5, but given the uncertainty about sizing, what size should I purchase?

I got 1/2 size larger and fits perfect. I bought an 8 which is what I wear but had to exchange for 8 1/2.

Where are these made?

Think it's made in china as everything, but it's meant to made in hawaii. Anyway it's fully made of leather except the sole. It's a great shoe I really recommend the quality
