The Nth power Garden hose nozzle arrived and I was super excited to get out in my yard and do some serious watering. Since the drought is here to stay in California I love being able to go outside and adjust this nozzle for the different kinds of plants in our yard. I especially like the quick on/off switch on the rear because I can quickly reduce or increase the water volume almost instantly. I have a bunch of new plants that are super delicate and this nozzle is soft enough not to damage the seedlings. The nozzle has a variety of spray patterns and I have found that I use them to get into tight spaces without watering the house or wasting water. The nozzle is nice and large and is easy to operate and use. Make sure you use the rubber washer that comes with the nozzle in order not to have leaks. Once you properly place the washer, you're good to go all day. Lastly, it easy reaches 25ft to water those plants that are further out in the yard.***update***The whole thing fell apart after a month.

Looks good, but doesn't stay on the hose and leaks like a sive when it does.
It's made well but it does not say on the hose end. It leaks where the hose meets the nozzle when it does stay on. I stopped using it after the 2nd use. I did give it two stars as it has a very quality feel.

Great Nozzle and Excellent Seller Service
Update: The thumb control on Nth Power nozzle broke after four months of once per week use. I probably dropped it on the cement when rewinding the hose. The seller, 2OOLS, was wonderful and replaced the nozzle free of charge! I would not hesitate to repurchase the Nth Power Nozzle in the future because of the outstanding seller.Below is my original review:I bought and tested three 8-pattern hose nozzles: Ray Padula, Nth Power and the orange Metal Garden Nozzle (the packing reads “Arden Master”). The winners are the orange Metal Garden Nozzle and the Nth Power Nozzle!I have owned Ray Padula nozzles for 10 years. The problem with this nozzle is that the hard green plastic thumb control breaks easily if the nozzle is dropped or knocked against something hard while rewinding the hose. Ray Padula won’t sell replacement thumb controls. They have honored their lifetime guaranty but they want you to mail the heavy nozzle to them so enforcing the guaranty is expensive. One time, I sent them two broken thumb controls which I had unscrewed from the nozzles and they sent me two new nozzles. Years ago, there weren’t any competitors with thumb controls but that has changed and now I can buy a sturdier nozzle. The Nth Power nozzle is very good. The thumb control is compact (low profile) and made of a soft plastic or rubber so it won’t break easily. The “Shower” setting is narrower than the Ray Padula and the Metal Garden Nozzle which I don’t care for but that's a nit-pick. Also, the shower spray seems to split in two at about 7’ out with one section going about a foot further than the other. I find this disconcerting but it’s not a major issue. The Nth Power has a “Soaker” setting which is a good idea if you want to leave the nozzle under a big tree or plant and let the water bubble out for a soaking. The orange Metal Garden Nozzle (Arden Master) was the cheapest. The “Shower” setting is broader like the Ray Padula and it sprays gently and evenly even at a distance. It feels good in the hand and has the soft, compact thumb control so it is unlikely to break. One tiny criticism is that when you change the nozzle settings, there is some water which drips for a few seconds from the head of the nozzle. I tightened the screw in the nozzle head and that reduced the dripping but didn’t completely eliminate it. The other two nozzles I tested don’t do this and it’s a nit-pick. As the last three of my Ray Padula nozzles fail, I will be buying more of the orange Metal Garden Nozzles and the Nth Power Nozzle!

Nice solid spray nozzle
Nice solid spray nozzle. 4 stars instead of 5 only because I haven't used it enough to really really like it :-)

Love it!
I like that you don't need to squeeze anything with this hose nozzle and it is easy to grip. We tried JET pattern to wash the car and it works great, enough powerful to wash off heavy dirt. SHOWER setting is good to rinse off the soap.Other than that, we use this hose nozzle to water the garden, mostly with FLAT pattern.

hose nozzle works fine but quick disconnect very disappointing
Thought we were getting a quick disconnect that would work with any typical male hose end fitting. But the design for the quick disconnect only appears to work with just an unfitted hose end (i.e. with no fitting on end) using the provided compression fitting. Which rends the quick disconnect worthless. Had to remove quick disconnect male end and use one of our old quick disconnects.
