Applied to my hair in the morning. Washed and dried my hair afterwards and didn't notice any real difference myself. Then I went out for a couple of hours. Two different people I know complimented me on how great my hair looked and asked what was different. Pretty good for a 20-minute treatment.

I've used this product before, twice, having purchased it from target. Both times I had very good results. All brassiness gone from my white hair. The 3rd time I purchased the item from Amazon. This time there was no effect on the brassiness of my hair when I applied the product. None. I may have just shampooed my hair as used this product. The outcome was very different. So disappointing. Defective? Too old? I will use this product again but will purchase it from target as I had good luck with the product when I bought it at target.

I really couldn't tell I had done anything to my hair. Not particularly shiny -- and it didn't take any brassiness out of my hair. I use toner, I know what to expect -- they overstated the toner aspect of a clear glaze. Smells ok.

It takes the brass tones out of your hair, leaves it soft and shiny. This photo is only after the first use. Will definitely subscribe for monthly maintenance!

I love the item. but it was weeks before it finally arrived. it is only good for 1 application, there is a lot of the product, you mix it like hair dye,i have a little longer then shoulder lenght hair, i did use it all. My hair feels and looks like when i was in my very younger years, i am now 80. It is full,soft shiny and bouncy. nothing else has given me that, I would use it forever,except the time it takes to get it. For that reason and only for that i have to find another brand.If i cant, i will be back.

Product finally arrived. It was misdelivered 20 houses away and they were on vacation. UPS botched the delivery. Vendor did their part. No fault on them. I had never tried the product and use "purple" shampoo and was told try this instead, so I did. It did clarify the color nicely and correct the tone. Definitely shines well. I don't know that it did any better than the purple shampoo. It was a bit time consuming compared to the clarifying shampoo. I haven't seen it in a good daylight yet, so that may make a difference. Still snowed in. It was gentle and didn't smell bad at all.
