adidas Adjustable Ankle Weights

I love them. I'm training with these everyday. You can also change the weight and make ot lighter for warm up

Use them every morning to do my exercises to strengthen my core after my herniated disc incident.

This in fact should not surprise as 2kg per ankle are quite heavy. I used them for weighed abs and I really like them. The straps stick very firmly and can be a bit difficult to unfasten. Perhaps they should amend the design in the future and use a small flap to facilitate the opening. Otherwise, so far I'm ok with my purchase and I would recommend.

I really like this purchase. My only change would be to make them ‘slightly smaller’ so they can be worn discreetly under casual trousers! So far, they’ve been great and if great quality!

Not bad, iv had more comfy ones. Good weight though. The plastic strap cuff rubs on my ankle and I have to now wrap them over with bubble wrap to make them more comfy.

I was very hesitant wether or not to order these Adidas ankle weights and I am VERY happy I decided to give them a try. I love the fact that I can remove weights from it (I took 0.5kg out as I found 2kg too heavy). It serves me perfectly.The only negative about it for me is that it slightly turns on my left ankle only, probably due to my boney and skinny ankles. (Or perhaps because I took some weights out..?)I would highly recommend it!Thank you!

had my doubts about these ankle weights wore them with all the weights in went for a 2 mile walk was i glad to get back home took two of the weights out ? yes they are adjustable there are 4 in each strap so i am wearing them all day in house and take them of when going for a walk with the dogs my walking is improving greatly hopefully will be able to use all 4 by the end of the year but it has to be regular like every day and build up the strength

Comfortable and easily adjustable ankle weights. These offer extra resistance during exercise. I have enjoyed wearing them during bodyweight exercises, particularly abs work. Also used whilst mountain biking. Fat calves incoming.

Bastante resistentes ,el material insuperable! Aparte de ser bonitas son muy funcionales! Soy muy pequeña y tobillo delgado y aún así me quedaron muy bien ! En lo personal diria son las mejores que e tenido ! tanto así que compre otro par para regalar ! Altamente recomendables!

Ho usato questi pesi varie volte e con tutti i tipi di pesetti all'interno, devo dire che hanno fatto una buona riuscita, i sacchetti all'interno sono facili da inserire e viceversa, la robustezza è di qualità, ottima per allenarsi. Come rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottima.

Son duras. El material se ve resistente. Llevo usándolas un par de meses o así y ahora escribo la reseña después de haberle dado tute en los entrenamientos. Están muy bien merece la pena el esfuerzo económico.

Ich bin schwanger und möchte fit bleiben. Um möglichst effizient zu trainieren, habe ich mir diese Gewichtsmanchetten gekauft. Mein Fazit:Sauber verarbeitet.Größe einfach ein stellbar.Ideal für Übungen auf der Matte.Der Halt an den Beinen ist angenehmen. Kein Kratzen oder Schürfen.Gewichte können variabel entnommen werden. Das Gewicht kann nach Bedarf reduziert werden.Übungen sind intensiver und der Muskelkater folgt bestimmt. :)Absolut empfehlenswert!
