Use in addition to regular teeth brushing
This whole toothbrush is a small size which fits great in the palm of a smaller hand. It’s easy to hold and easy to slide side to side when brushing teeth. The little panda bear (Pepper) is gender neutral with black and white. Also the colors of red, white, and blue are very gender neutral as well. The little panda bear has a silicone body which protects it from getting wet and slippery. It definitely gives the hand something to grip onto. There is a two minute timer on the toothbrush. What’s nice about this is there’s no guessing on whether or not it’s been two minutes and it doesn’t require a separate timer like we have used in the past.A fun feature of the toothbrush is the record feature. A song or personal message can be recorded. My husband thought it would be hilarious to repeat brush your teeth 1 million times (or that’s how many it felt like) in two minutes for my son. It is actually pretty funny. Obviously anything can be used and it can be changed as often as one wants. The recording feature is really simple to use and it’s also very simple to re-record if the first message isn’t what was desired. The toothbrush is rechargeable so it doesn’t require any batteries. It does need a USB plug for the wall outlet. The charging happens quickly and since we usually leave it plugged in to charge, we have never needed it and it’s not been ready. The device is extremely simple to use. There are really only two options and that’s to brush and record. Once the silicone mouthguard is placed inside the mouth on the teeth, it just needs to be slid side-by-side for scrubbing action. The silicone little bristles remind me of the finger toothbrushes for infants. It’s really soft but there are a lot of the bristles. On some level I’m just not sure how much scrubbing the toothbrush is really doing. My son did really enjoy using it and it is simple. But I almost feel better using it as an addition to brushing and not just the only brushing method. I really think the teeth need to be scrapped to keep them healthy especially with little kids. I definitely want to be sure that cavities are not building up. So, because of this we use this as an addition to brushing twice a day like at lunchtime or we use it once a day and we will do a traditional brushing the other time of the day. Of course the gimmick really does work and the kids really do want to use this kind of thing.

Cute
The bristles don’t move on this little tooth brush. The handle turns on an vibrates. It also lights up. I feel like this is just a started to get them used to the idea of an electric toothbrush. The mouth piece is too big for my 12 monther. But she just likes chewing on the bristles. It’s a silicone style mouth piece.

Doesn't distribute the toothpaste
I got this for my daughter and while she likes it, I'm not quite sold that it's getting her teeth clean. You need to smear toothpaste on the top and bottom of the brush head and fit it in your child's mouth and then move it around until it stops. It does light up and you can record a song or your own voice to help encourage them to go the full 2 minutes. What I'm concerned about is that once it's done most of the toothpaste is still sitting in the brush head. We've moved it up and down and slide it side to side but the toothpaste still sits there. Makes me worries that it's not actually brushing her teeth.

Neat concept not sure if successful execution...Warning Bright lights when on
I think it’s a cute concept. My eldest thought it was weird (4 year old). My youngest seems to enjoy it but he only has gums lol.My biggest thing is I wouldn’t recommend for children with medical issues such as epilepsy. Unless there’s a way to turn off the flashing lights when this turns on ( if so haven’t figured it out yet). This will flash many different lights like a rainbow while it vibrates. Would be better to be a feature to turn off. Now for brushing I can say if it works. My son refuses to use it.

Toothbrush for kids
This is actually pretty cool for a toothbrush. And my kids are really diggin it (toddlers, ages 5 and under). It's simple and easy to use. You make your own 2 minute recording (sing Baby Shark, it'll last 2 minutes). When you turn it on lights start flashing and dazzling and your recording plays. Once the recording is done the toothbrush shuts off so if you do a recording under 2 minutes you'll have to turn it back on if you need more time. You can change up your recording easily and anytime. The only flaw I found, which isn't technically a flaw, is the charger. Most tech items are starting to use the same style charger but this one takes a charger specific to it. So if I misplace it, or if my kids misplace it which is even more likely, how do we get another one? We probably can't. But aside from that, this is a really fun toothbrush for kids and I recommend it. I may even get another one.Almost forgot, it comes with 1 replacement head. I haven't looked into how you can get more, but hopefully it's easy and inexpensive.
