Terrible product and no customer service
Terrible product.Soaks up all the water so the mat is just soaking wet when you stand on it.All the text is also washed off. No customer service at all.

The door mat is beautiful for the first 3 days. After that, all lettering starts to rub off.

裏ゴムで滑ら無い
ゴムも付いていて玄関タイルに土汚れが着くこと無く玄関掃除はしやすいしマットを洗う時は文字が取れないようにブラシでホコリを落とした後水で洗うだけで綺麗になります。
