Acrylic Inks has easily become a new favorite medium of mine. The ink is fantastic, it is waterproof, opaque and can be layered easily. It works well with other mediums like watercolor and colored pencils. It can be used with nibs and brushes. The ink is vibrant and flow like there is no tomorrow with water. It dries flat with a subtle sheen.

The collors are great, but it is lumpy and the bottel doesn't have the small metal balls, so even shaking it won't smooth the liquid paint.

I have been using the inks together with watercolours. Their consistency seems a little thinner than regular ink. Using them with dip pens was okay - except for the raw sienna, which I think is a little too thin to work well with pens/my pen. Good colours, but I think I would go for alcoholic ink next time. Compared with e.g. a Diamine indigo ink, the colours do not seem all that strong (perhaps why they are labelled as "transparent").

Cet ensemble d'encre muted regroupe de belles couleurs d'encres mais "muted" ne signifie pas que les couleurs sont atténuées (elles sont bien vibrantes !) mais qu'il s'agit de teintes plutôt sombres même si le bleu et le vert sont assez éclatants.Je les utilise aussi bien au porte-plume pour tracer les contours d'un dessin qu'avec un pinceau, en mix média, avec mes aquarelles.
