Not a cure though. I have hand pain attacks periodically and I heat you the wax. I ran out of roo** A: I wear size 8 in women's shoes and I do each foot in 2 parts , dip toes and half way up foot 7 times and wrap with plastic wrap to keep heat in longer. Is there a problem with my machine, or the wax?** A: I don't know if the wax is the problem but if you leave the unit uncovered for even a few minutes while it is heating or after it is hot, the wax will get VERY hot.
