Supportive
Daughter was able to put on both ankles herself(age 10) constantly complains of ankle & heel pain after gymnastics practice. She likes the extra cushion on her heel. Even helps when walking around house barefooted.

Daughter doesn’t like
My daughter absolutely cannot stand these which is such a bummer. I bought them so she could wear them to practice to give her ankle some extra support and cushioning after a mild sprain. They are great in theory, but they don’t breath well. My daughter says she can just feel the sweat pooling up where the rubber heel cup is. Maybe there is some hack to dealing with that, but my daughter ultimately just decided to wear her ACE soft brace instead.

Fell apart
My daughter has worn the original Cheetah cups for years and was excited to try this new generation of them…..they literally fell apart after 2 weeks of wearing them at gym!! There is obviously an issue with the stitching in these. Don’t waste your $ just stick with the originals…she could get about a years wear time out of those!!

A must for Gymnastic
After 12 years in gymnastics we finally found a durable heel cup that is made to actually wear receptively. It does take a little bit for it to be "broken in" but I think that's because of the durable material. Pay attention to the sizing and if you do they fit great. I have recommended to other parents. If you have a gymnastics girl or boy this is also a great gift.

Foot glove
I love all products that provide heel protection and foot compression. My feet often feel tired and to prevent any issues with swelling and pain I wear these all the time. For anyone doing athletics, gymnastics, dancing or yoga, this is great to put on for protection.

Work well
Work well, unfortunately stitching comes out very easily and quickly. If they could stitch better, it would be five stars for sure.
