Will these fit an A4, 2 ring binder? Will the holes match up?

Yes, there are about 12 holes in the plastic sleeve side, so should be able to line up easily.

Are they pvc free? i know they're listed as acid free but there's no mention about them being pvc free

Looking at the "material" used, for these sleeves, polypropylene (PP) is mentioned. Other sleeves do mention Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). So I would assume the answer is no. I bought the 3x5" size and they work well for holding recipe cards.

Do they fit A5 binder???

Do the photos fall out from top sleeve?

I purchased a variant of this pictured item; 4 pocket protector pages. My intentions were to place a index card inside each pocket. I've had no issues with any falling out, providing all the protector page openings are placed into the 3 ring binder in the same direction and I stand my binder upright. The "heavy duty" plastic is quite flexible.
