I order this again and again even my husband has found benefits from this astaxanthin, where some other brands kind of fell flat, even at the 24mg level. With this brand we both see a difference in the coloring of our skin, where it looks like we have been in the sun for a day. That's a nice little surprise. I feel this is very effective for the inflammation that I struggle with and have both seen a major improvement of inflamation. The pill is tiny, easy to swallow and there are A LOT of them for the price, it is tasteless and odorless. We were using a 12mg and switched to use the 24mg, at the suggestion of a physician, and increasing the dose that way was exactly what we needed to really experience the effectiveness of this. We are very happy with this brands quality.

No skin tinting/orange discoloration, which is a common worry with astaxanthin — none here. My pores do look noticeably smaller and skin texture feels smoother, which was the most noticeable change. It hasn't affected my sleep at all. No other side effects of any kind. Good pick if you're after subtle skin-texture benefits with a clean tolerability profile; don't expect it to help with sleep

This was the first time I've taken astaxanthin. I didn't notice too much of a difference in how I felt BUT this supplement needs to be taken with food due to being fat-soluble. I took them in the AM on an empty stomach, so that may have been why I didn't notice any changes. Soft gels are really easy to take, they are small and smooth. There is no taste.Bag is resealable. I didn't realize that I was only getting 45, so I'm not sure entirely sure if the price is fair. I thought I would have gotten more.
