This is definitely not only the most beautiful safety razor that I’ve seen, but also one of the cheapest in price. It’s sturdy and seems like it would last a lifetime if disassembled and dried completely between uses. I found that, unfortunately, it does rust very quickly if you do not do so. I’ve had and have been using this razor for a few months now. I use it on my legs and armpits with no issues. It does occasionally nick my skin a little, but honestly no more than any regular disposable razor would. I saw some reviews saying that there is a learning curve that comes with using this razor, but there really wasn’t— at least not for me. It’s very similar to using any other razor but much cheaper and better for the environment. I swapped to this razor both to save money and use less plastic. The razor heads that come with the razor seem to be decent quality and they get the job done well. I may very well end up purchasing the same razor again but taking more care to dry it completely between uses since mine has already begun rusting a little bit. Just keep that in mind and you’ll seriously be set for life with this sucker. This took me from $5 a month to shave to $20 every 2 years, no joke. I definitely recommend!

Ordered this razor on a whim. Didn’t know what to expect. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. The razor itself has a nice heft to it that I was not expecting. I like the heft. I am not a fan of ultra light razors. On the pictures (Merkur 38C on left and Gillette Heritage on right). I was looking for a Merkur replacement (which is over 15 years old) but could not find anything for the right price. I think we found it’s match. Head is very smooth. Only the long run will determine how durable the finish will be.

If you are looking for a sleek designed razor with nice weight to use as a bathroom Chachki—buy this. If you are looking for a razor to shave with buy something else! Not precisely sure what about the design is flawed, but can honestly say unless you have two hours to shave your legs opt for something more effective. This razor takes slow living movement to undesirable levels.

No, it is not hard to clean at all. You are able to take it apart very easily. I use this and I have never cut myself before, it works really good and I have never had a problem with it. It also comes with the cutest travel bag.

My bf and I each got one and we both love it! It comes with a few extra razors which is nice. It’s like any standard safety razor - you have to take it apart and allow it to dry in between uses. It’s a more sustainable and cheaper option than disposable razors!
