Polyfocus laminate sheets are designed to provide a protective, waterproof barrier to any printed media and provide a mid-gloss finish to any design, reducing glare. Using a laminate sheet converts any printed media, glossy or matte, into one with a semi-gloss finish. Polyfocus laminate sheets are designed to directly overlay printed inkjet and laser media and provide a protective barrier against water, UV and other environmental damage. Each laminate sheet is larger than standard sheet size at 9" x 12" that allows for easier application on to standard sized sheets. Using a laminate sheet has the potential to extend overall life of an inkjet or laser printed material by reducing water damage and fading caused by UV light. Protects photos, vehicle stickers or wall art.

Used to protect transparencies
I brought the product to provide protection to some artwork printed on transparency film. I sandwiched the film between two pieces of overlay, the only problem I had was keeping air bubbles from forming;. How well the art will be protected from UV fading won't be known for some months.

These ate great just expensive... The sell this paper and their waterproof vinyl sheets by the roll. These are thicker than most brands.
