Rhino Coffee Gear Double Shot Glass, 1 Count (Pack of 1)

I purchased this item in Jan 2021 and used it everyday pulling shots with my Flair 2 Pro manual expresso maker. Perfect little beaker. In Nov 2021, I was wiping it clean, and the little pour spout cracked off! I contacted Rhino customer service, and with no trouble, they got a replacement out in the mail to me. They stand behind their product. Great job, Rhino Coffee Gear!

The cup is sturdy and the markings are clear. It's easy to pour out the espresso. Works great. A bit expensive. Hopefully I don't break it. It is made of glass!

This is just adorable! I had a good friend pass away ( we called him Rhino ) So when I saw this espresso shot glass I jumped on it. I’m glad I did. It’s nice. Double sided pour spouts and so cute!You need all the “ tools” to make a great espresso and this is one of them. My saying is “ you need a double ( shot), in case of trouble! This will make you happy on a bad day , it does for Me.

I am giving it a 5-star after 2 months of use. The qualities are:1. Easy to pour. The spout is pretty good, minimal dripping (not zero, but minimal).2. Properly sized. Just enough to hold the typical brew amount and the glass is not too tall to interfere with the portafilter/brewing group.3. Easy to rinse, wash, and reuse. Good materials.I am very satisfied for $6. But I came back to buy another one and it is now $12. I see how it goes! As soon as they see the customers are buying, they double the price, eh?For $6, I'd rank it a 5-star item. For $12? I'd deduct a star. The value for the money was good at $6, but now only half that at $12 a piece. This is a small glassware. It's not a $12 item. No way.I hope the price changes soon.

Great little shot cups. Nice weight and measurements on side of glass.

This is a must have tool if you own an espresso machine. The coffee beans I use recommend 1.5 to 1.75 oz of espresso for 18 grams of beans (the espresso output equates to about 36-38 g of espresso). Having this shot glass with the measurement lines on the side takes all the guesswork out of how many ounces of espresso you are getting. Build quality is solid and I expect this to last for many, many years. The handle and spot make it very easy to pour versus other shot glasses.

THE ITEM I REC'D THIS MONTH (APRIL 2021) IS _NOT_ THE SAME AS THE PICTURE, and not what used to be sold on this page: see picture for comparison!I first bought a double pour shot glass like the item pictured from this exact page 2.3 years ago. I don't know if the item was authentic or the markings were 100% accurate, but as a left-handed person getting into espresso I was very happy with it. The markings did seem to fade a little when it went into the dishwasher a couple of times, and a friend told me it might not be the best for it, so I rinsed or handwashed it & thought nothing of it. Great value and loved the notched handle, which fits perfectly in hand for pouring ++.One day I came home noticed there was a big crack down the side of it. Didn't drop it, aptmate claimed no knowledge. But figured it had served me well for >2yrs so just got on my order history and ordered a new one. Even used the old one for a week with a hairline crack in it and it held up even with espresso heat while I waited.Unfortunately the item that arrived is NOT the same. Slightly different size and shape, and most importantly that notched handle is gone. The thing has an entirely different feel and I don't trust the markings. See pic for comparison.Because I am someone who believes in giving folks a chance to update mistakes I tried to contact the seller before writing this post to give folks a chance to update or remedy. There seemed to be no buttons or obvious ways to do so on this particular page, only to send it back to Amazon for a refund. When I went to the Rhino Coffee Gear website they said they were not the sellers for this page and were not responsible. So posted a Q here that went unanswered.SO, BUYER BEWARE!! Guess I need to do an Amazon return on an $11 item if I want a refund. And, if you want a similar shape a notched handle looks like we're better off getting Rattleware at this point, even though it costs a little more.

Was looking for the rattleware 3 Oz pitcher and found this. Very worthy substitute since I had the rattleware one for about 5 years, but the measurements wore off on it.
